📌 1. Are your products ready to ship or made-to-order?

Most of our items are made-to-order or available via pre-order — this allows us to create limited, intentional pieces with care. Product timelines will always be mentioned in the description.

 

⏳ 2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Pre-orders / Made-to-Order: Usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier schedules. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way!

 

🛍 3. Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

💳 4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or edited once placed — especially pre-orders. We work on a made-to-order basis, and production begins soon after purchase. Please double-check your cart before checkout!

 

📬 5. I received the wrong/damaged item. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thesayoneeartistry@gmail.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item

A short description of the issue

We’ll sort it out quickly for you.

 

📦 6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Refunds/replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, and you contact us within 3 days of delivery.

📮 7. What if my package is marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it?

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local courier or Royal Mail first.

🎨 8. Do you take custom design requests?

At the moment, we only offer products from our curated collections (like Gul-o-Mehraab or Raqs-e-Meena). However, we’re always open to feedback — you can suggest ideas via Instagram DMs or email!

The Sayonee Box is a limited-edition, curated bundle of heritage-inspired products. Think of it as a story in a box — featuring items from our collections that celebrate South Asian artistry.
