Welcome to Sayonee Artistry — where every item carries a kahani. We believe in transparency, honesty, and respect for our community, The Sayonee Tribe. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
🌸 Most of our products are part of exclusive, limited-run collections — either pre-ordered or made-to-order.
• All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.
• Estimated production and delivery times are listed on each product page.
• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the listed wait time.
Custom & Handmade Products
🌿 Sayonee Artistry specializes in culturally inspired, handmade and custom-designed products.
• All items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Order errors (e.g., incorrect address or product selection)
• Dislike of design after delivery

Damaged or Faulty Items
📦 If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Please email thesayoneeartistry@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
• Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short description of the problem
We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or partial refund depending on availability.
Please note: We do not refund items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Incorrect Orders
💌 Received the wrong item?
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
• We’ll cover all costs involved in correcting the issue if it was our error.
Order Cancellations
⏳ Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
• This includes pre-orders, as production begins shortly after purchase.
• Double-check your cart and shipping details before confirming payment.
Shipping Issues
📮 Once your order has shipped:
• The Sayonee Artistry is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
