    📦 Processing Time

    • Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Products: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before dispatch.

    • In-stock Items: Ship within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.

    ⏳ Each product listing will include estimated dispatch times — be sure to check the description before ordering.

    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

    • Standard UK Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked): Automatically calculated

    • Free UK Shipping on orders over £50

     

    🎁 Packaging & Presentation

    We take packaging seriously! Your order will arrive in eco-friendly wrapping, featuring traditional South Asian details — each parcel is a present, not just a package.

     

    ❗️Delays & Tracking

    • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

    • Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to courier issues — we appreciate your patience as a small, handmade brand.

    Please note: Sayonee Artistry is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

     

    📬 Lost or Missing Orders

    If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

    • Please contact your local courier or postal service first.

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we’ll always do our best to support you.
